Downtown Jacksonville in office

  • Create physical files for incoming orders from clients.
  • Communicates with state and county level offices to verify accuracy information.
  • Verifies that the correct home is being assessed on the correct parcel/piece of property.
  • Verifies that the correct lienholder is being paid off at closing.
  • Communicates with clients on status of files being researched and any additional information.
  • Basic filing of files in appropriate cabinets and use of copier/printer/scanner.
  • Maintains a professional appearance and a neat work area.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Education:

  • High School Diploma
  • Two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
