Duties of the client service assistant: - Compile reports on sales activities and budgets
- Perform various administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, filing paperwork, and other administrative functions
- Conduct research and analyze data
- Provide accurate information to callers and clients
- Update client files while maintaining confidentiality
- Assist in client meetings to determine their financial needs
Requirements of the client service assistant: - Proficiency in computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Finance experience is required
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening and background check
