Senior Marketing Operations and Technology Manager

Monte Carlo is looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Managerto help build, operationalize, and measure the impact of our marketing campaigns across the prospect lifecycle. We are looking for a scrappy, data-driven marketer excited to build the Marketing operations and analytics function from scratch and manage the day-to-day operations of our Marketing data, systems, campaigns, and reporting infrastructure.

In this position, you ll be responsible for designing, enforcing, and maintaining data, system, campaign, and reporting standards alongside our counterparts in the Sales organization. You will work closely with our partners in Digital Marketing and Events, providing the operational, process, and technological support that our Digital Marketing team needs to run, track, and optimize their programs. You will also oversee and administer Monte Carlo s marketing technology stack, help drive our database strategy, and work with a cross-organizational team to ensure top-of-funnel health. In short, you'll be the point person for operating and analyzing our marketing and sales funnel from first impression through to MQL and meeting, helping marketing and sales development leaders optimize top of funnel campaign strategy.

This role can be located anywhere in USA, and you'll be reporting to the Head of Marketing

Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Managing conversion tracking across platforms such as LinkedIn, Google Adwords, Bing, Google Display, and Facebook to ensure leads are properly tagged for attribution

  • Analyzing existing data and historical trends to provide insights into campaign strategy and high-intent digital channels.

  • Owning our lead, MQL, and inbound meeting forecasts, and partnering with third-party or internal analytics teams to develop more advanced reporting.

  • Working with IT, Sales stakeholders, and relevant Marketing partners to deploy technology and related processes

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver a database strategy that supports program targeting, reporting, and lead processing

  • Partnering with counterparts in sales operations and sales leadership to monitor the pipeline funnel from first impression to qualified meeting, delivering a highly efficient lead management engine.

  • Owning all marketing analytics, including building and maintaining reports and dashboards to report to the broader business.

We're excited about you because you have:

  • 6-8 years of Marketing Operations experience, with expertise in HubSpot, Salesforce, RingLead, 6sense, Qualified/Drift, ZoomInfo, Google Analytics, Looker and other technologies.

  • Experience working with Google Tag Manager.

  • A customer-first attitude toward your internal stakeholders with exceptional communication skills

  • Proficient on conversion tracking across platforms such as LinkedIn, Google Adwords, Bing, Google Display, Facebook, and Metadata and ensure leads are properly tagged for attribution.

  • Experience building and managing systems integrations (APIs) between various sales and marketing platforms

  • Strong project management capabilities with meticulous attention to detail

  • Looker, SQL and advanced Excel skills
