Property Management Associate Agent PartnerYou must be a licensed real estate agent to be considered for this position.An Associate Agent Partner gets hands-on training and coaching from a top producer in the Leasing industry. This is an amazing opportunity for someone that is just starting out in the business or even someone who has been in the business for many years but would rather support a mega-producer with their production.Responsibilities:Help show properties on behalf of lead listing and buyer agents within your teamAdministrative duties as needed relating to Lease contractsSupport field work (placing and removing lockboxes, changing out signage as a property moves through the stages of a transaction)Meet photographers, stagers, contractors, etc. at properties to represent the team and landlord and coordinate the needs of the property with these vendorsAttend Inspections - move-in and move-outClient care and client concierge services, interfacing with clients as a representative of the Property Management teamHelp office leadership/expansion director with database management and reporting activities if neededProspect for business using lead gen levers as neededQualifications:A valid Real Estate License is required for this jobExperience: Previous experience in property management or real estate preferredKnowledge: Familiarity with property inspection processes and rental regulationsCommunication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skillsOrganization: Strong organizational and time-management abilitiesAttention to Detail: Ability to notice and document property issues accuratelyCustomer Service: A customer-centric approach with a focus on client satisfactionProblem-Solving: Ability to handle challenging situations and find effective solutionsTech-Savvy: Proficiency in using property management software and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)About Company:At the CAZA Group, we cherish individuals who have a thirst for learning and a drive to hone their expertise.
