We are seeking a seasoned Chief Operating Officer to spearhead our operational strategies and join us on this journey.


Who You Are:

As the COO, you will be instrumental in driving the firm s operations, optimizing our legal processes, building out processes, developing our metrics management systems and ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our firm. We are a data-driven, metrics-based, tech forward firm. Your leadership will be crucial in managing our team, implementing cutting-edge practice management software, using AI EVERYWHERE and leveraging metrics for operational success.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic operational systems.
  • Streamline processes/policies to enhance productivity and client satisfaction.
  • Oversee the deployment and optimization of practice management software.
  • Manage and lead a diverse team, fostering an environment of growth, efficiency, and high performance.
  • Utilize metrics to monitor performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices.
  • Serve as a key communicator, maintaining clear and constant communication across all levels of the organization.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align operational goals with business objectives.


Your Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a COO or in a similar management role within an employment or personal injury law firm; experience on the plaintiff side is preferred.
  • Demonstrable expertise in managing operations for a firm with at least 15-20 lawyers.
  • Strong background in implementing practice management systems and managing through metrics.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with a keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
