Job Description: The Bilingual Care (Call) Center Representative will be a customer service professional who is interested in impacting the lives of others. This individual will be part of processing customer orders and deliveries. Duties and Responsibilities:Inbound customer and member ordersLiaison with the company's Field Service Representatives, along with customers, agencies, and Case ManagersData Entry of customer orders into company ERP and other programsWork Environment: Will be discussed with applicant.
