Controlled Holdings, an award-winning distributor of HVAC controls and awarded Indiana s Best Places to Work for 8 years, is currently seeking an analytical and data-driven Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team.
Job Duties:
- Designs and maintains processes, databases, and data integrity for internal platforms (Sugar, PTW, Microsoft BI, etc.)
- Work with key internal and external parties in implementing business intelligence platforms
- Optimize data integration platforms
- Serves as point of contact for data-related issues and questions
- Training end users on reporting and dashboards in various internal platforms
- Work with key stakeholders to develop, manage, and build reporting and dashboard solutions to meet the needs of the business
- Problem-solving expertise and complex analysis of data to develop business insights
- Manage mass change updates in internal platforms (Mass product updates, price increases, etc.)
- Other duties as assigned
