Role Overview:

As an Account Manager you will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing relationships with our valued clients in the medical device sector. You will serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Your strategic insights and industry expertise will drive growth opportunities and contribute to the overall success of our business.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in the medical device industry.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to expand our customer base.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that address client needs.
  • Mentor Associate Account Managers in the department.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on product offerings, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective account management and proactive sales initiatives.
  • Monitor market dynamics and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, preferably within the medical device industry.
  • Must have demonstrated success in maintaining and growing customer accounts.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong understanding of medical device regulations and compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
