Amotec is currently searching for a Maintenance Manager. Our client, located in the Fort Wayne, IN area, is a global leader in the automotive industry. As the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for managing and directing a team of skilled trades employees to reduce equipment downtime and increase plant productivity.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and ensure timely completion of all maintenance work orders
- Manage preventative maintenance program to reduce machine downtime
- Establish budgetary needs and recommend capital improvements
- Drive productivity, safety and process improvement
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Maintenance Management
- Well-rounded background in mechanical, electrical, pneumatics and hydraulics maintenance
- Previous experience with automation and controls is preferred
- Any experience in the automotive industry or metals manufacturing is beneficial
