The Wilner Group has partnered with our client a worldwide innovation and sustainability leader in the development and production of systems and products for commercial and residential construction, as well as the marine, automotive, and renewable energy manufacturing industries. Together we are searching for a TSCA/Environmental Specialist to join their team at their Lyndhurst, NJ location. This is a full-time, permanent position with a compensation of $73k-$94k based on experience.
Responsibilities-
- Primary coordinator for TSCA/DSL compliance in North America.
- Prepare all PMN, LVE, and NOC submissions.
- Point of internal contact for customer inquiries regarding product regulatory compliance matters. (i.e., TSCA Verifications, RoHS Letters, etc.)
- Obtain and maintain compliance information as it pertains to TSCA, DSL, RoHS, Conflict Minerals, and other compliance as needed.
Qualifications-
- Bachelor's degree (BS) in Chemistry, Toxicology or related discipline, plus three or more years of experience in product safety experience in a chemical or closely related field.
- Working knowledge of SAP.
- Ability to understand and navigate governmental databases.
