About You: You are a experienced sales professional with 1 to 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience (construction background, industry experience, related sales experience). You are great with difficult projects and seek out the right solutions.You are Relationship-savvy minded you make intentionally make connections with both internal partners and external contacts. You have a great close rate fora profitable business and consistently exceed their performance objectives. You are persistent salespeople who consistently demonstrate out of the box thinking, introducing effective solutions to our customers needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain both a sales and operational success focus, as well as being driven by a strong focus on customer service and commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Strive to build strong customer relationships by engaging in a consultative sales approach to recommend the products, total solutions and consistent follow up that satisfy the needs of the customer.
  • Educate customers on manufacturer installation guidelines and measuring of openings to ensure accuracy of product ordering and applications.
  • Accurately complete, and submit in a timely manner, all documentation necessary to ensure product can be ordered and scheduled for delivery by estimating delivery dates based on knowledge of company s production and delivery schedules, setting realistic expectations with customers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year College or University; or 1 to 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience (construction background, industry experience, related sales experience).
  • The ability to develop business strategies that lead to a presentation of opportunities and solutions to a prospective customer.
  • Individual s motor vehicle record must also comply with company requirements.
