We are looking for an energetic, patient caring, Field Operations Manager to run a team of Dispatchers and Class D Drivers for emergency/non-emergency patient transport.
We are in the business of carefully transferring patients from one facility to another with the utmost compassion and respect for our patients and their families. We are a growing company and looking for a strong leader with the vision to expand our organization while managing employees, transport process while also providing quality patient transfer services.
In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
Provide Leadership to Dispatch and the Field Transportation Team
Problem solving day to day issues related to over functions of the team
Oversee and approving daily field schedule
Oversee dispatch schedule & vacation times and balancing
Implement and adhere to of dispatch and company protocols
Involvement in recruitment and interview process as staff are needed
Maximize the efficiency and revenue for the Field
Train and appraising Dispatch Staff and Field Team of drivers
Communicate policies and procedures with Dispatch Staff and Field Team
Oversee disciplinary procedure of Dispatch Staff and Field Team
Monitor and assure quality control over the call center
Communicate with Fleet Manager to make sure all vehicles are maintained
Provide proactive customer outreach
Handle customer complaints and closing the loop
Collect and analyze customer feedback
Monitor client portals
Monitor daily reports
Complete all paperwork related to transportation
Develop or revise transportation policies for the company, and implement plans that increase company profit
Prepare Dispatch and Field Team for growth
Must Have:
- 5 years of call center/dispatch and patient ambulance transportation industry experience (non-emergency patient transportation)
- EMT License
- High Energy
- Positive Attitude
- Prior Dispatch experience
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to motivate team
- Emergency patient transportation (very nice to have)
