Responsibilities for the Outbound Leads Customer Service Representative:
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers and sales leads.
- Perform recurring service and sales calls to drive revenue.
- Conduct "Happy Calls" to ensure customer satisfaction with services performed.
- Process payments and handle financing for customers as needed.
Qualifications for the Outbound Leads Customer Service Representative:
- Previous experience in outbound sales or customer service preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in computer systems and phone systems; experience with Service Titan is a plus.
- Sales experience is highly desirable.
- Must be available to work Monday to Friday, 7:15 AM to 4 PM.
