Job Details:

Arias Sanguinetti | Trial Lawyers is seeking a Senior Associate to lead one of our trial teams in Los Angeles. This exciting opportunity offers a partnership track, associate bonuses, affiliation with plaintiff s organizations, and more. Minimum 8 years previous experience with personal injury and sexual abuse/assault. Experience in employment, medical malpractice, elder abuse, is a plus.

Responsibilities as a Senior Associate:

  • Manage a caseload of complex legal matters and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Lead a litigation team and manage junior associates, paralegals, legal assistants.
  • Handle cases from inception through trial.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their legal needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Keep abreast of changes in laws and regulations in California.
  • Work with leadership to develop your own client base and referral sources.
  • Participate in local, state, and national trial lawyer associations.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.

Active membership in the California Bar.

8+ years of experience in personal injury and sexual abuse/assault. Experience in medical malpractice, elder abuse, or related areas of plaintiff's litigation preferred.

Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team while managing high-volume caseload and meeting deadlines.

Strong organizational and time management skills.
