Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise the Soleris Manufacturing team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to team members.
Performs annual performance assessments with manager and provides career development to team members following the career pathways.
Ensure that production schedules and product realization are completed on time to prevent stock outs.
Administers corporate policies and ensures adherence to by team members.
Execute Standard Operating Procedures to meet current cGMP / ISO / MIOSHA / MDEQ or other regulatory requirements.
Ensure all staff are current with training requirements.

Education and Experience
Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree in related field preferred (Microbiology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Molecular Biology, etc.) Greater than one year of experience in a leadership position (manufacturing leadership preferred but not required).
Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedural documents.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to perform routine mathematical operations.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have basic proficiency in Microsoft Office software as well as the ability to effectively communicate electronically.
