We're currently seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and professional individual to join our client as an Administrative Assistant. This role involves performing various administrative tasks and supporting the company's senior-level managers. The Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring that office operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Receive and interact with incoming visitors and handle general inquiries.
- Manage and prioritize all incoming information, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Prepare, proofread and edit all outgoing correspondence, such as emails and letters.
- Control and manage inventory of office supplies.
- Prepare and manage meeting agendas, minutes, and other necessary documents.
- Create, maintain and update database systems to track, manage and store company details.
- Assist in planning and organizing events, including coordinating timelines, managing invitations, etc.
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and maintain notes.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
- Proficient in MS Office, with exceptional knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor.
