Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Marketing Consultant who will provide input to project approach and steps to ensure alignment with business goals. This role is located in Overland ark, KS.
Duties:
- Partner with Virtual Event Managers to support end-to-end project management of webinars, ensuring all timelines and objectives are managed and met
- Support work in webinar workstreams and executes tactical plans to achieve established goals
- Work with cross-functional teams such as Product Marketing, Campaigns, Brand, Social, Paid Media to manage tasks and get work completed
- Document completed project work in program guides, project plans and performance reporting
- Manage communications and webinar calendars to promote internally
- Manage lead flow for webinar post events and manage tasks associated with virtual event follow up
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Desired Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor s degree in marketing, communications, business, or years in related work experience
- 5+ years of experience with project management
- Experience in B2B marketing, preferred experience in virtual events
- Strong Project Management skill set
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 with daily practice in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong project management experience, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience usings SalesForce
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective time management abilities and the capacity to meet deadlines
- Ability to adapt quickly to various situations and work well in a team environment
