  3. Business Development:

    • Actively prospect and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.
    • Develop and implement strategies to grow the bank's portfolio, increase market share, and achieve revenue targets.
  4. Risk Management:

    • Evaluate and manage credit risk associated with client relationships by conducting thorough credit analysis and ensuring compliance with the bank's policies and regulatory requirements.
  5. Product Knowledge and Training:

    • Stay updated on the bank's products, services, and industry trends to provide clients with accurate and relevant information.
    • Conduct training sessions for clients on various banking products and services.
  6. Collaboration:

    • Work closely with internal teams, including credit, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
    • Collaborate with colleagues to share market insights and best practices.
  7. Documentation and Compliance:

    • Ensure all client documentation is accurate, complete, and in compliance with regulatory standards.
