Senior Level Debt Finance Attorney

Our client is a major Am law 100 firm, seeking a finance associate in JD class years 2014-2017 to join its international Debt Finance Practice in New York, Boston, Dallas, DC, Houston, Irvine, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, San Antonio, and San Francisco. The salary for this position is between $225,000 to $415,000 and will depend upon experience.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in secured lending matters, including domestic and cross-border acquisitions, restructuring and reorganizations and general corporate finance.
• Experience having responsibility while working on deal teams is "preferred" [running signings and closings, drafting debt commitment papers and credit documentation, etc.].
• Exposure to direct lending, special situation financings, out-of-court and in-court restructurings and/or private equity-related corporate finance transactions is also preferred.
• Juris Doctor degree with excellent academic credentials.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; excellent client-interfacing skills.
