President & CEO - Modular Building/Construction

We are a fast growing design and manufacturer of large scale solutions in the Modular Building industry. With the rapid expansion and growth and order flow, we anticipate aggressive growth in this start-up construction manufacturing environment. and
We are looking for our visionary, business leader, strategist to lead the further growth of the business as the President. We operate in a facility in Northern CA where we produce in excess of $80M of units with more orders than expected. we need to increase and optimize our manufacturing capabilities, processes, systems, and add the right leaders and management team to help refine the business, identify greatest opportunities and lead the team to make it happen. We need a leader who has successfully navigated a rapid growth manufacturing enterprise in the building products, construction or modular buildings of any kind. Construction Trailers, ADU, Pods, Modular Residential, Modular Schools and Classrooms, Modular Medical Offices, Emergency Response Modular or related.
Responsibilities
- Driving overall business vision & strategy
- Oversight of sales, marketing and logistics strategies through those teams
- Driving operational excellence in all departments
- P&L responsibility

Desired Experience
- BA/BS Degree
- VP/Director/President level experience within a mid to large scale manufacturing, construction, modular building, assembly and distribution oriented business enterprise
- Experience scaling a business across product lines and geography
- Driving and managing change across an organization
- Servant leadership approach/style
- Financial and risk management acumen
- Hiring and developing strong teams
