Position: Personal Lines Account Manager
Location: Leesburg, VA
Compensation: $65K Plus $20k in Commissions + Executive Level Benefits Package

Our Northern Virginia-based commercial insurance agency client is now looking for an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to assist them with their personal lines clients - any high net worth experience is a plus, but not necessary.
Background Required:
- Property and Casualty license
- Able to communicate effectively with highly educated and wealthy individuals
- Working with high net worth and wealthy clientele a big plus
- Demonstrated success managing a book of Personal Lines business
- Organized and able to multi-task
- Must be detail oriented
- Excellent customer relation skills
- No management experience required
Duties:
- Service and maintenance of Personal Lines accounts
- Consult and interact with high net worth individuals
- Work on challenging claims
- Handle quoting and updates to accounts
- Work with current clients handling inquiries, policy changes, etc.
- Work along side sales producers
- Driving new business through renewals
