Work Schedule/Shift: Maintenance B personnel for Weekend shifts. (Nights and/or Only Weekend Shifts): Example: Monday-Thursday 4:30pm-3:00am and/or only Friday Saturday Sunday, 4:30pm-3:00am
Shift Differential: $1.00 shift differential for our B/evening shift.
Required Education: High School or Equivalent

Position Description
Performs the maintenance and repair of equipment, electrical systems, physical structures, and plumbing for an e-coat application line, which includes approximately 10 unique types of equipment (pumps, fans, cranes, ovens, etc.). First shift with flexible hours
- Job Duties: Performs routine maintenance on production and process equipment.
- Repairs and maintains physical structures of the plant (restrooms, office areas, entrances/exits, HVAC systems, etc.)
- Schedule and manage subcontractors on projects requiring outside expertise (concrete work, roof repairs, welding, etc.)
- Maintain spare part and equipment inventory.
- Maintain equipment service records including preventative maintenance.
- Exhibit safe work practices utilizing proper safety equipment and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Qualifications (Required): To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
- Analytical Understand the basic principles of mechanical and electrical equipment. Exhibit a basic understanding of centrifugal pumps, diaphragm pumps, electrical motors, pillow block bearings, 24VDC through 480V 3 phase, PLC's, VFD's, and controllers.
- Technical Ability to perform basic trouble shooting of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic equipment.
- Education and/or experience - High school diploma or general education degree (GED); three to five years related experience and/or training.
- Language Skills Able to read, write and speak English. Ability to interpret and use measurement instruments, and understand technical drawings, prints, and equipment manuals.
- Computer Skills Basic computer skills required. Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel preferred.
- Self-Improvement Willing to learn new skills to perform the job duties better and meet the needs of the facility.
- Preferred Preferences (Highly Desired): Experience with hot work to include welding, brazing and cutting torch.
- Experience operating forklifts, and overhead hoists.
- Industrial plumbing, specifically PVC/CPVC piping.
