** Facilities Attendant**
REQ 360 Naples, FL ****Position Summary****
This position will support our Operations teams in the areas of light maintenance, servicing and repairs of the asset. This will entail responsibility for maintaining contracted per standards in the contract and as directed by supervisor.
****Primary Duties and Responsibilities****
Through supervisory instruction, direction and supervision will work on and help with the organization and inventory of maintenance department.
Facility upkeep to include cleaning restrooms, empty trash cans and replace bags, remove trash in flower beds, parking lot and around building, refill soap supplies, maintain office, clean picnic tables, blow off curb and gutter.
Follow all safety rules to include safe operating conditions, where required utilize the appropriate PPE, and keep work areas clean and neat.
Attend and participate in required staff meetings.
Interact professionally with the traveling public.
Required to be available for emergency response rotations as need for overtime, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
****Knowledge, Skills & Abilities****
Will be required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) appropriate to your job.
Ability to cooperate and communicate written or verbally with co-workers and supervisor.
Skill in the use and care of small hand tools, cleaning supplies, paint, etc., associated with the work.
Ability to interface with the public and operations team in a professional manner.
****Education and Experience****
HS Diploma or GED (Required)
****Work Conditions / Physical Demands****
**Work Environment**
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is routinely exposed to traffic and outside weather conditions including extreme heat and cold. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and humid conditions. Frequent exposure to chemicals, frequent exposure to insects and infrequent exposure to reptiles/rodents. The noise level in the work environment usually moderate but on occasion can be more than moderate.
**Physical Demands**
The employee is regularly required to stand; sit; walk on a wide range of surfaces; use hands and fingers, reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, bending, stretching, kneel, . Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
