General Duties and Responsibilities:
* Distributes repair work based on technicians' skills and abilities to ensure the customer's needs are met and vehicles are fixed right the first time
* Prioritizes and schedules work in the Service Department to increase the productivity of the shop
* Tracks status of repair orders
* Coordinates with the Parts Department, Sales Department and Body Shop to ensure effectiveness of the service process
Qualifications:
* At least one year experience in an Automotive Dealership Service Department
* The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Must be team-oriented and self-motivated
