Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support litigation strategies
- Prepare persuasive legal documents, including motions, briefs, and pleadings
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders
- Attend hearings, depositions, and trials, representing our firm and clients with professionalism and expertise
- Collaborate with our experienced attorneys to develop winning defense strategies
Requirements:
- 2+ years of litigation in insurance defense handling 1st and third party, or personal injury
- Strong research and writing abilities to produce compelling legal arguments
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
- Licensed to practice in Michigan
- A drive for excellence, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
