Autocad Drafter

Join our client s growing team as an Autocad Drafter and help them create exceptional precast concrete projects.
What you'll do:
- Utilize your expertise in precast drafting and specialized software to create high-quality construction documents and 3D models that exceed client expectations.
- Independently complete tasks like:
- Creating and finalizing 3D models of structures
- Preparing and supervising the creation of erection drawings and details
- Interpreting construction documents and shop drawings
- Quality controlling shop drawings and erection drawings
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams (drafting, engineering, BIM) and external partners (precast producers, design teams).
- Participate in ongoing standards development and contribute to training BIM technicians.
Who you are:
- A skilled and experienced professional with 5-7 years of precast drafting experience.
- Possess strong knowledge of precast construction and industry standards.
- Proficient in MS Office and Autodesk Revit.
- An independent and detail-oriented individual with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- A team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Education:
- Associate degree or completed trade school preferred but not required.
