Responsibilities

Establish processes for tracking diagnostics and system repairs, maintaining up-to-date manufacturer specifications, and more
Adhere to manufacturer specifications to maintain vehicle systems and ensure customer satisfaction
When needed, conduct routine maintenance such as checking fluids, rotating tires, replacing brake pads, and oil changes
Clearly articulate automotive repair issues and repairs needed to remedy them to both customers and auto mechanics
Operate diagnostic equipment to accurately determine the cause of malfunction codes with the vehicle's integrated computer system

Qualifications

Automotive Service Excellence /ASE certification or Society of Automotive Engineers /SAE certification is preferred
GED or high school diploma is mandatory
Must have completed a post-secondary training program in automotive service technology; associate degree a plus
Stellar customer service and communications skills are mandatory
