Primary Duties:

  • Support the planning, coordination and execution of events, VIP visits, trade shows, and other special projects to showcase objectives and amplify messaging.
  • Coordinate and implement marketing communications projects.
  • Source and develop content and visual collateral for campaigns, projects and other products as assigned.
  • Create consistent themes, messaging, and branding in all communication touch points, including advertising and general marketing, writing products like stories and press releases, and planning and creating content for social media.
  • Track projects and prepare status reports. Liaises with the media, vendors, and internal/external customers and teams.
  • Contribute to and coordinate moderately complex aspects of a project.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in graphic design, digital design, etc.
  • Ability to interpret artwork instructions
  • Willingness to collaborate with others and work as a team.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
  • Demonstrate good attendance and arrive on time to work

Expected hours: 40 per week

Education:
  • Bachelor's or Associates degree (Required)

Experience:
  • Marketing: 2 years (Required)
