Job Description
The Marketing & Communications Manager is responsible for developing and spearheading ReleasePoint's brand and strategic communication activities in the United States. This person shall develop a strong and differentiated narrative for ReleasePoint's business that is rooted in our heritage but resonates in the market. The incumbent will initiate innovate PR strategies and campaigns that align with the business objectives from media engagements and digital and social-first activations to bespoke events.

Essential Functions

Strategic Planning

  • Transform research and insights into clear and succinct brand foundational tools: value proposition, positioning, personas, etc.
  • Apply a general knowledge of the medical data landscape to marketing messaging plans, customer journey development, and go-to-market planning maps.
  • Create campaign strategies, web presence, and SEO strategies that deliver measurable business goals.

Execution

  • Transform insights and strategies into clear, compelling creative briefs and working closely with creative teams to develop collaterals that make an impact.
  • Develop and execute on social media campaigns, LinkedIn messaging, and other PR activities to enhance our brand presence in different industries - insurance, legal, technology, etc. and connect with the audience.
  • Drive creative content development, such as use cases, thought leaderships, with an eye for storytelling that brings clients on a clear and compelling journey.

Travel

  • Travel out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.


Requirements

Requirements

  • At least 10+ years of brand and communications experience with a passion for contributing to building a great brand from the ground up, and unearthing opportunities for B2B businesses.
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, advertisement, brand management, communications or related field.
  • Experience building, launching, and managing B2B content marketing plans.
  • Experience in developing creative content such as Thought Leadership, case studies, creative personals, etc.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and facilitating teams to identify and implement solutions.
  • Preferably worked in medical record and/or insure tech industry.
