**Desktop Support Specialist (Temp)**

**Responsibilities***

Under supervisory staff, administer server platforms, provide desktop support to the community. Monitor and troubleshoot performance of servers. Administer user and group accounts. Document assigned systems and relevant procedures. Provide first tier computer support, escalating more complex problems to senior or appropriate staff. Test hardware, software and operating systems. Implement new technologies.

**Required Qualifications***

Associate degree or equivalent (computer related certifications). 1-2 years of computer experience. Solid oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated experience in a customer service and/or help desk environment.
