We dont just sell and build new homes; we also manage teams, acquire land, manufacture materials, provide mortgages to our customers, and provide corporate support to NVRs multi-billion dollar business operations.

**Online Sales Consultant**, youll be an integral part of the regions sales team. Youll be the liaison between online leads and the community sales team. Your knack for discovering details, building excitement, and scheduling qualified appointments with interested prospects will lead to incremental sales. Your ability to provide a superior level of customer service that creates loyal NVR customers will help you excel.

**Primary Responsibilities**

* Direct management of web leads and offer prompt follow up (via phone, email & text) with your region's online inquiries to help achieve NVRs sales plans.

* Utilize the systems and tools provided to update customer details and preferences.

* Be knowledgeable on all active and upcoming communities to effectively identify the best community to meet the customers needs.

* Pre-qualify and assess needs of all customers to match them with appropriate NVR communities.

* Remain knowledgeable on product availability and general pricing to clearly communicate to the customers.

* Create an exceptional customer experience.

* Set sales appointments for customers with community based sales team.

* Provide feedback to the Marketing and Sales teams regarding web lead quality and trends identified through the follow up process.

* Visit communities periodically to foster collaboration with the sales team and to gain valuable trends and insights to improve our customer experience and lead conversion

* This position will require working evening hours and weekend hours. This is a 40 hour a week position.

**Qualifications**

* 2 years experience in lead management or sales

* Strong planning & organizational skills

* Excellent oral & written communication skills

* Strong computer skills & working knowledge of lead management systems

* Bachelors degree preferred
