- Washes dishes as received from co-workers, keeping area neat, clean and safe, particularly preventing accidents from a wet floor by mopping up in a timely way and placing wet floor signs down.
- Cleans assigned areas to maintain safe and sanitary conditions. Cleans shelves, bins, tables, coolers and floor on a regularly scheduled basis following sanitary procedures. Follows closing procedures to ensure complete sanitation of area.
- Follows prep list as set by Operations Manager or supervisor.
