We are looking for a Test & Repair Technician who can troubleshoot down to the component level, if you have electronics board repair experience that is a plus. Seeking experience with Oscilloscopes, RF Analyzers and AC/DC Power Supplies. This is an opportunity for one of the top Electronic companies the Farmingdale area.
salary: $53,000 - $68,000 per year

Responsibilities
Essential responsibilities and duties include:
- Apply knowledge of electronics, mathematics, and measurement science to calibrate electrical, optical, and RF test and measurement instrumentation.
- Identify and utilize appropriate measurement techniques
- Perform corrective actions to address identified measurement problems
- Adapt equipment, standards, and techniques to accomplish unique measurements
- Maintain calibration standards
- Post-sale, expert-level support services
- Will perform these functions within a laboratory setting
- Test & repair to component level a wide variety of electronic test equipment (Oscilloscopes, RF or Optical Communication Analyzers, AC/DC Power Supplies, Spectrum / Network / Component Analyzers, Meters, etc.)
- Instrument Calibration Procedures
- Specialty may be focused on RF circuitry, optical, or general electronics board repair
