Position Summary:

As our Customer Success Operations Specialist, you will assist with project allocation and various administrative initiatives for the Customer Success Organization (CSO). This high paced role supports several teams and is integral in ensuring accuracy of data records related to project assignments, software provisioning requests, and the like. You will support administrative activities that include the use of many different software systems and should have some level of technical proficiency.

What you'll do:
  • Disposition discontinuation cases
  • Research system configurations and enable functionality, as assigned
  • Research and provision customer access to the NAVEX Community
  • Support various administrative projects as assigned


What you'll need:
  • Experience using Salesforce.com is a plus, but not required
  • Attention to detail, excellent follow through and reliability, and the ability to work efficiently with high levels of accuracy
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work within fixed deadlines
  • Flexibility to adjust to dynamic work environment
  • The propensity to learn and assimilate new information quickly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills and experience engaging with people across a variety of levels with diverse backgrounds


Rate of pay for this role is $20.00 per hour.
