The **Concierge** is responsible for assisting our guests with reservations for all activities and dining experiences while vacationing at the Pink Shell Beach Resort & Spa. Strives to generate revenue for recreational, retail, spa and food and beverage outlets, while maintaining or surpassing resort and individual goals.

* High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)
* 2 years related experience preferred
* Has flexibility and ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and Holidays
* Contacts a minimum of 20 future guests per day by soliciting the services and activities available
* Develops and verifies vacation itineraries for guests utilizing resort services
* Maintains records to quantify guest inquiries
* Mails information to guests prior to their stay
* Schedules activities for guests
* Schedules dining reservations for guests
* Provides special accommodations on guest requests such as birthdays, parties, flowers, room decorating etc.
* Ensure paperwork is properly filled out for guest accommodations
* Assists in the resolution and documentation of guest challenges
* Maintains a close relationship with other departments
* Provides assistance to other departments on guest matters
* Delegates appropriate tasks to other departments
* Assists guests with questions or issues
* Ensures an in-depth knowledge of all resort operations
* Performs other duties as assigned
