Brethren Hillcrest Homes (Hillcrest) is a not-for-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community located on 40+ acres in La Verne, California providing retirement opportunities to seniors that include residential, assisted living, skilled nursing, and dementia care to approximately 400 residents. **Part-time positions** are available in our main dining room. Responsible for washing dishes, sweeping and mopping kitchen, cleaning floor mats, handling soiled linen, washing food carts, chemical use and storage, trash removal, kitchen sanitation, stocking, and recycling. Knowledge of therapeutic diets. Tray set-ups for tray line. Reads tray cards to cook during meal production.
Working variable days and shifts, qualifications include prior experience in a food service setting but willing to train selected individual. Criminal background screening (fingerprinting through the Department of Justice and FBI) completed and free of criminal convictions.
