We are seeking an experienced CPA (or in progress) ideal for this high profile financial accounting analyst role in an international company headquartered near Reston, VA with knowledge of ASC 606.
In accordance with US GAAP you will work closely with the sales and contracts teams to ensure proper accounting in accordance with revenue recognition standards. Reporting to a Senior Director you will have extensive interaction with global operations, user groups and executive teams responsible for all financial reporting, technical accounting and compliance as well as financial analysis of possible implications and impact to the company both short and long term.
With a focus on Multi-element contracts & policy decisions and guidance for ASC 606 for the entire company. Your duties would include estimating the value of contracts based on policy and various treatments being applied to the contracts.
