Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, and toileting
- Assist clients with mobility and transfer activities as needed
- Administer medication under the direction of a registered nurse or healthcare professional
- Help clients with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and tidying up living spaces
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences
- Engage clients in meaningful activities and provide companionship and emotional support
- Monitor and report any changes in the client's condition to the appropriate supervisor
Tasks & Duties:
- ADL's: Activities of Daily Living
- IADL's: Instrumental Activities of Daily Living
- Possible RN delegation of activities
