A leading global law firm is currently seeking a Corporate Associate in Chicago, Illinois to join their Corporate M&A/Private Equity group. The team represent a wide spectrum of business interests around the world, from global corporations to family-owned businesses to privately held companies. They are distinguished for their innovation and ability and ability to spot trends in the market and develop forward-thinking legal solutions.
Experience:
Desired candidates must have two to four years of executive compensation experience with a focus on Private Equity and Mergers & Acquisitions. A strong interest in work related to the executive compensation/benefits components of Private Equity/M&A deals is desired, and a strong academic background with excellent analytical and writing skills is required.
