**Position Overview:**
A Business Development Representative is responsible for receiving incoming calls, establishing relationships with customers and scheduling appointments for the Sales Department.
**Who You Are:**
* You are proficient and have a strong understanding of CRM tools
* You can establish and manage continuous improvement efforts for the BDC and can establish and maintain
* You are self-motivated, goal-oriented, and have the proven ability to work within a fast-paced environment while achieving BDC related customer satisfaction goals measured by manufacturer surveys
* You have excellent customer service skills and are clear in your communication, verbally and orally
* You stay informed on industry trends and have the proven ability to create and manage a positive and productive work environment within the BDC
* You have 2+ years of Sales or Customer Service experience
* You are professional have a strong work ethic
* You thrive in a fast-paced environment
* You have a high sense of urgency
**Requirements:**
* At least 18 years of age
* Must possess a valid, drivers license and have a favorable motor vehicle record
* Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
* Authorized to work in the United States
