Gpac is assisting an established farm operation that is looking to hire an Assistant Farm Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:
- Directly supervise and coordinate the operations necessary for crop production, including but not limited to maintenance, planting, cultivating, harvest, etc.
- Consistently communicate about farm activities, challenges, and management decisions
- Support innovation of farm practices including precision agriculture
- Ensure proper safety procedures for personnel and equipment are being followed at all times
- Be ready and willing to operate any and all equipment necessary for farming operations
Qualifications: - Experience in the agriculture industry - knowledge of crop production
- Valid driver s license
- Good leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
- Self-motivated, ability to work independently and with a team
