LaSalle Network has partnered with our client, a food and beverage wholesaler, in their search for an AI Solution Architect. As an AI Solution Architect, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing AI solutions that drive business value and innovation for their clients. Leveraging your expertise in machine learning operations, Azure cloud technologies and conversational AI platforms, you will lead the end-to-end design and deployment of scalable, reliable and high-performance AI solutions. This is a hybrid position located in Rosemont, IL.
AI Solution Architect Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, requirements and challenges, and design AI solutions that address their specific needs
- Lead the architecture design and implementation of AI solutions, with a focus on ML Ops best practices, Azure cloud services and conversational AI platforms
- Define and document architecture principles, standards and best practices for AI solution development, ensuring alignment with industry standards and emerging trends
- Architect scalable and efficient ML Ops pipelines for model training, deployment and monitoring, leveraging Azure ML and other cloud-native technologies
- Design and implement data pipelines and workflows to ingest, preprocess and transform data for AI model training and inference
- Select and integrate conversational AI platforms (e.g., Azure Bot Service, Dialogflow) to develop intelligent chatbots and virtual assistants that enhance customer experiences
- Collaborate with data scientists and machine learning engineers to develop and deploy AI models and algorithms that solve business problems and deliver actionable insights
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks to streamline the deployment and management of AI solutions in production environments
- Ensure the scalability, reliability and security of AI solutions by implementing best practices for deployment, monitoring and governance
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the implementation lifecycle, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices
AI Solution Architect Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science or a related field
- 5+ years of experience as a solution architect, technical lead or senior AI engineer, with expertise in ML Ops, Azure cloud and conversational AI platforms
- Strong understanding of machine learning operations (ML Ops) concepts, tools and best practices, with hands-on experience in building ML pipelines and deploying models in production environments
- Proficiency in Azure cloud services, including Azure ML, Azure Bot Service, Azure Functions, Azure Databricks and Azure DevOps
- Experience architecting and deploying AI solutions in Azure cloud environments, with a deep understanding of cloud-native technologies and services
- Hands-on experience with conversational AI platforms such as Azure Bot Service, Dialogflow or similar
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java or C#, with experience in developing and deploying AI solutions using cloud-native frameworks and libraries
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Certifications in Azure cloud technologies (e.g., Azure AI Engineer Associate, Azure Solutions Architect Expert) and conversational AI platforms are a plus
