**Adjunct Instructor - Science, Technology, and Society**

Department Chair**Position Summary:**Instructor for undergraduate courses in science, technology, and society.**Essential Functions:**Develop and deliver lectures, organize in-class activities relevant to course material, prepare and grade assignments and exams to assess student achievement. Learn to use Canvas, NJITs online course management system. Provide time during the week to meet with students outside of class. Submit grades to the registrar at the end of the semester.
**Prerequisite Qualifications:**M.S. degree in sociology, philosophy, geography, or related humanities or social science field is required.
