*Position Overview*

Nurses provide holistic and compassionate nursing care as part of an interdisciplinary team to clients in an residential setting with a focus on treating adolescent clients with eating disorders.

*Schedule*

Full-time (32 hours/week)

1st shift (6am-2:30pm) or 2nd Shift (2pm-10:30pm)

Rotating weekends & Holiday coverage required

*How Nurses Empower Recovery*
* Provides client care through assessment, monitoring, and intervention to address health concerns appropriately
* Responsible with medication management including education, assessing adherence, administration in the residential setting, and monitoring for side effects in collaboration with provider
* Assists and supports medical and psychiatric providers with medical care coordination
* Recognizes and appropriately responds to medical and psychiatric to emergencies
* Responsible for accurate and timely documentation in the client medical record

*Qualifications*
* Licensed as an LPN in Ohio
* Must have valid driver s license and be authorized to drive
* Current Basic Life Support certification required (American Heart Association) within 30 days from date of hire
* Experience or strong desire to work in a mental health setting

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
