THE OPPORTUNITY
Silvus is looking for a full-time Electronics Technician for the production team of Silvus' StreamCaster line of MIMO radios. This role will work closely with operations management and engineering to ensure high quality and timely delivery, as well as provide feedback for continuous improvement of the product.
The position is full-time, on-site daily, Monday through Friday. The location for this role is Silvus Technologies' HQ in the heart of vibrant West LA.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Testing of sensitive electronic assemblies and printed circuit boards (PCBs).
- Final assembly and inspection of finished products.
- System testing and quality control testing in production.
- Statistics logging and reporting with daily feedback to the team.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Competent as a PC user and computer savvy.
- Good manual dexterity and strong hand skills with tools (tweezers, screw/bolt drivers, torque wrenches).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Enjoy hands-on work; is careful and detail oriented.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Collaborative spirit, committed to team success.
- Ability to pass a background check.
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Experience in an electronics manufacturing and testing environment.
- Linux experience is a plus.
WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Occasional exposure to heat and cold.
- Lift up to 25 lbs.
- Walking/Moving in the labs.
