**The Details:**
Position starts early May 2022 and extends through early September.
* Start Date: **May, 2022**
* Employment Type: **Full Time, Seasonal** (ideally full season or early/late season)
* Schedule: Varies **40+ hours per week**.
* Housing/Meals: **Must have own RV (self-contained) and own transportation to/from RV campground to General Store (approx. 15 minutes commute). No Employee Dining Room at location.**

**Responsibilities**
**A day in the life of the Two Medicine Campstore Manager**
* Manage staffing, customer satisfaction, daily procedures and operations.
* Maintain a professional and guest-oriented atmosphere in a high-volume retail and food & beverage environment.
* Ability to be flexible and work 10 - 12 hours per day.
* Follow all budgetary guidelines for labor and sales goals.
* Coach and ensure your associates are performing their job duties and providing customer service.
* Actively complete cash audits, reports and evaluations to Retail Director and Retail Operations Manager.
* Work directly with vendors to order products and maintain inventory.
* Follow Company and departmental environmental practices, safety practices, and policies and procedures
* Other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**
**Essential Skills and Knowledge:**
Our Two Medicine Campstore Manager will be enthusiastic, friendly and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service and detail oriented. We are seeking a candidate that has management experience in retail, sales, or food & beverage environment. The Two Medicine Campstore Manager position must have skills in effective oral communication, accounting, computer, and POS System in addition to strong problem-solving and resolution. Must be able to pass Managers ServSafe Food Handlers Certificate and TIPS Responsible Alcohol Sales Certificate. This unique location requires to work with a small staff and not afraid to work long shifts.
**Physical Requirements:**
* Must have good knees and back to make frequent trips up & down steep narrow stairs.
* Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time.
* Frequent lifting and carrying of supplies, boxes, bags of ice, and bundles of wood up to 50 pounds.
* Must be able to bend, kneel, stretch, and reach for extended periods of time.
* Working safely with required chemicals.
* Safely operate a hand-truck to move heavy items.
* Required to drive a company vehicle; a driving record check will be completed as part of the standard pre-employment background check.
