Direct Wire & Cable is hiring a Business Development Manager to join our team. This exciting opportunity plays a crucial role as a subject matter expert in the wire and cable industry. As the Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in driving growth and exploring new business opportunities at Direct Wire.

The position is remote with up to 50% travel for business purposes; occasional travel to Lancaster County, PA is required. Competitive pay, bonus, and exceptional benefits including medical, dental and vision insurance on day 1 and 401K with employer match.

**Must have cable & wire experience**

The role involves spearheading business development and sales strategies tailored to DWC s market segments. The requirements include a bachelor s degree or equivalent, along with 5-8 years of experience in creating and executing business strategies. This experience should cover developing new markets, channels, products, and customers, as well as managing relationships to ensure appropriate resources are available to support selling objectives. Salesforce experience is strongly preferred.
