Your Role in a Nutshell:

As a Production Operator, you'll play a critical role in ensuring timely and safe manufacturing of our product lines, meeting our customers' needs. Your responsibilities will include:

Executing chemical batch preparation, understanding reaction processes, and utilizing various systems, including manual and PLC-controlled setups.
Operating reactors, scrubbers, heat exchangers, pumps, and other equipment to support production. Working with control systems like DCS, Wonderware, Citech, and local PLCs.
Loading and unloading products into various packaging formats. Safely operating forklifts and other machinery as needed.
Monitoring equipment performance, troubleshooting, and escalating issues as required.
Collaborating with the lab to sample and assess product quality, making necessary adjustments.
Maintaining accurate records and completing paperwork in a timely and precise manner.
Communicating effectively with team members, leaders, and lab personnel regarding process status, changes, and objectives.
Operating multiple machines and equipment in different production areas.
Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications You Bring to the Table:

High School diploma or GED equivalency preferred.
Prior manufacturing experience is a plus.
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
Ability to meet physical requirements including lifting, walking, standing, and climbing.

Salary: $21 - $26 per hour
