Findlay is currently seeking a FULL TIME Valet Rock Star to provide stellar customer service to our awesome client base! We are looking for a dedicated individual who wants to succeed in a GREAT company, someone who will contribute to Findlay core values and beliefs. While this is an entry level position it is a great OPPORTUNITY to learn the automotive service and sales industry from the bottom up. The IDEAL candidate possess the above desired qualities as well as remarkable communication and listening skills, the ability to understand directions and top notch follow through dedication.
Part time applicants will be considered if they have the ability to WORK FULL DAYS AND THE REQUIRED SATURDAY. We cannot consider an applicant with split shift schedules during the work day, Monday - Saturday 8 am - 5 pm.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet and Welcome Honda Service customers
- Shuttle guests to and from destinations as needed
- Prompt and courteous car wash, vacuum and vehicle delivery
- Manage flow of customer vehicles through the service department
- Maintain and organize the parking of customer vehicles
- Responsible operation of customers vehicles under your care
- Maintaining a sense of urgency at all times while assisting guests in a timely manner
- Works with safety as a priority, and follows department and company safety standards
- Looks for opportunities to assist peers, guests, other departments or leaders at all times
- Solution oriented, stays on task and promotes teamwork
- Awareness of guest experience at all times, smiles and makes eye contact and communicates professionally
- Performs all other job related duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS - PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU CAN NOT SATISFY THE FOLLOWING:
- Have a valid Arizona license with less then 3 violations in the last 3 years
- PASS a drug test - NO EXCEPTIONS
- Pass a background check
- Previous Front Services experience is preferred
- Candidate must be able to work efficiently within a team environment
- Requires the ability to drive standard and automatic transmission vehicles
- Ability to do extensive jogging, walking, standing, bending and lifting
- Candidate must be well groomed and professional.
- REQUIRED to work each Saturday, 8 am - 4 pm NO EXCEPTIONS
- Must be 18 years or older
