Description:
We are looking for experienced agents who are unarmed for a premier residential community located in the heart of Hollywood, dedicated to ensuring our residents' safety, security, and tranquility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular and thorough patrols around the property's perimeter and through all interior spaces, including parking areas, to detect and deter unauthorized entry.
- Maintain a visible presence to provide a sense of security to residents and deter potential intruders.
- Identify, approach, and professionally manage encounters with homeless individuals attempting to enter the property, ensuring they are redirected away from the premises without escalation.
- Report and document all security-related incidents, irregularities, and maintenance issues in a timely and detailed manner.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency responders when necessary.
- Provide first aid and emergency assistance as needed.
- Engage with residents in a courteous and professional manner, addressing their security concerns and ensuring their safety.
- Participate in ongoing security training and awareness programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:- Valid BSIS Guard Card as required by the State of California.
- Can start immediately
- A minimum of 1 year of security experience, preferably in residential or hospitality environments.
- Own a professional security uniform, including black cargo pants, black boots, and a duty belt. Pepper spray and a taser are preferred, subject to legal compliance and certification.
- Physically fit for extensive patrolling and capable of handling potential confrontations.
- Knowledgeable in security equipment and technology.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must have a smartphone with knowledge of how to use different apps
- Must be physically sharp, well-groomed, and well-mannered
- Must have excellent communication skills and be well-spoken.
Pay bi-weekly: $18 to $19 per hour.
